1 Definitions v2026.1

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "777xse", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the 777xse platform, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees , and agents.
• "Platform" — the 777xse website accessible at 777xse.com, including all casino games, sportsbook, live casino, promotions, and account services available thereon.
• "Player", "you", "your" — any individual who registers an account on the 777xse Platform or accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" — a registered user account created on the Platform by completing the registration process.
• "Balance" — the real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and conditions stated in the applicable promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus Deposit amount, as specified) must be staked before a withdrawal of any associated winnings may be requested.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any territory in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity and address verification process required by 777xse prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise required by the platform's compliance obligations.
• "AML" — Anti-Money Laundering obligations applicable to the operation of the Platform under its gaming licence.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 777xse Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the 777xse Privacy Policy and any specific rules applicable to individual games, promotions, or competitions on the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 777xse. They apply to all forms of access to the Platform, whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other permitted access method. No app download is required to access 777xse, and these Terms apply equally regardless of the device or connection used.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on the 777xse Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 777xse does not permit access to or use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register as Players.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order issued by 777xse or any other gaming platform or regulatory body that covers the use of this Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in accordance with the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 777xse or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance or Bonus Funds held in the Account.

4 Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the 777xse Platform. The existence of duplicate Accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — constitutes a breach of these Terms. 777xse reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and retain any funds held therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs on or through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying 777xse immediately via [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Keeping your registered contact details, including your email address and mobile number, accurate and up to date at all times.

777xse will never contact you requesting your password. Any communication purporting to be from 777xse and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS is available on all 777xse Accounts and is strongly recommended. 777xse accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to enable available security features.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777xse Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. 777xse does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt by 777xse's payment processor.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• 777xse does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error or for amounts exceeding intended values should be reported to support immediately; 777xse will make reasonable efforts to reverse such transactions but cannot guarantee reversal in all cases.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC may not withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, in compliance with AML obligations.
• Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier. 777xse aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes published in the cashier, but does not guarantee these timelines in all circumstances.
• 777xse reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, and source of funds documentation.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not permitted until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

777xse offers various promotions and bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and Circle loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria are specified per promotion and may include account verification status, deposit method, and prior bonus history.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and specific slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are published in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds expire if not used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account without compensation.
• 777xse reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion, bonus, or loyalty programme at any time without prior notice. Any Bonus Funds already credited and subject to active Wagering Requirements will be honoured in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Any Player found to be abusing promotions — including but not limited to creating duplicate Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using automated betting strategies to complete Wagering Requirements, or colluding with other Players — will have their Account suspended and all associated Bonus Funds and winnings forfeited.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on the 777xse Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market concerned, as displayed within the Platform at the time of play. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific game's rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.

• Once a bet has been confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• In the event of a system error, game malfunction, or communication failure during a game round or bet, the round or bet may be declared void at 777xse's discretion. Where a bet is declared void, the original stake is returned to the Player's Balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed within the game or market interface.
• For sports betting markets, 777xse reserves the right to void bets, adjust odds, or suspend markets at any time where there is evidence of match manipulation, irregular betting patterns, or where the integrity of an event is in question.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed before a suspension was applied remain valid unless specifically voided.
• 777xse's decision on the outcome of any bet or game round is final and binding, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.

8 Fair Play Policy

777xse is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all Players. All casino games and live dealer tables on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealing procedures that have been independently verified by accredited testing agencies.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes cheating:

• Using any software, bot, automated script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human Players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any Player who identifies such an issue is required to report it to 777xse support immediately.
• Collusion with other Players in any card game, table game, or sports betting market to manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or corrupt conduct in connection with any sports event offered on the Platform.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other technological means to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations imposed by 777xse.

777xse employs real-time monitoring systems to detect irregular play patterns. Where cheating is identified or reasonably suspected, 777xse reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, withhold the Balance and Bonus Funds pending investigation, and permanently close the Account if the investigation confirms a breach.

9 Responsible Gaming

777xse is committed to responsible gambling and provides a suite of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from the Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreases apply immediately.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure reminders that alert them after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may apply a temporary restriction on their Account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks, during which no deposits or bets may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply a self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months, during which the Account is fully suspended. 777xse will not send promotional communications during a self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.

10 Privacy & Data

777xse collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Key data processing points include:

• Your personal data is used to operate your Account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
• 777xse does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required.
• All data is held on encrypted servers and is subject to strict access controls.
• Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to 777xse's legal retention obligations. Requests should be directed to [email protected].

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777xse Platform, including but not limited to the 777xse brand name, logo, software, game content, graphics, text, audio, video, and data compilations, is the property of 777xse or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content without express written permission from 777xse.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or code forming part of the Platform.
• Using the 777xse name, logo, or brand assets in any way that implies association, sponsorship, or endorsement without prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777xse excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising in connection with these Terms or the Platform, even if 777xse has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss caused by events outside 777xse's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party service failures, and force majeure events.
• Any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 777xse's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Suspension & Termination

777xse reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• A Player is found to have provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• A Player is identified as being under 21 years of age.
• A Player is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Continued operation of the Account is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements.
• 777xse has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity in connection with the Account.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support. Where an Account is closed at a Player's request and no breach of these Terms is identified, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777xse holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by 777xse's licensing authority.

Players wishing to raise a formal complaint should contact the 777xse support team in the first instance. 777xse will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and aims to provide a substantive response within 20 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal process, the Player may escalate to the relevant regulatory body under the terms of 777xse's gaming licence.

15 Amendments to These Terms

777xse reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address on their Account at least 14 days prior to taking effect, except where changes are required immediately to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

The current version of these Terms is always available on the Platform. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree to amended Terms should cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.
